The Official Beer of the Summer 2021

Not the dreary cold of the winter, the crisp of the fall, or the drain of the rainy spring, this beer has to be built for the ultimate season, which means it has to be the ultimate drink. The beer must work the the beat of LFO’s Summer Girl just as the line is delivered about Abercrombie and Fitch, a crisp must overwhelm the system as no other beer does. The beer must flow on the golf course as if it were water into the proverbial veins, where the body is longing for fuel to hit that iron shot that keeps you coming back to the sport. Perhaps the course is in Pittsburgh itself, a course like Grand View or Westwood would be the perfect setting. The deck beer ready to be set before a crowd while a charcoal grill is being set ablaze with various substances (hairspray perhaps?). When you need to fulfill all of this criteria in one can, there is only one beer that will suffice, IC Light Mango, the official Basted and Confused Beer of Summer 2021. Its crisp and refreshing background of IC light drives home the ability of the beer to perform as a light sipper in almost every situation. The Mango however adds the slight change that one needs, the little bit of citrus dances on the tongue while the liquid gold slips down the throat. It is a every mans beer, built for many occasions, versatile but not diluted where everyone will grab at first sight. Get over the bullshit about the mango in the name and how some may see it, and go pick up the beer that will be the only one to quench your thirst for the Summer of 2021.
